Over the weekend, I upgraded to Apple&#8217;s latest version of Mac OS X, &#8220;Snow Leopard.&#8221; It looks great!<\/p>\n<p>In order to use Crossover for Mac, though, you must upgrade to the latest version (8.0.1 as of this post). As always, the process was very simple to do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Download the latest version of Crossover for Mac from CodeWeavers.<\/li>\n<li>Open up the disk image that you just downloaded.<\/li>\n<li>Drag the Crossover icon into your Applications folder (the main one, not the one under your user name).<\/li>\n<li>Run Crossover the first time, and it will update your old files for use in the new version.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-360\" title=\"Crossover Installation\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.officecafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Crossover-Installation.png?resize=565%2C661\" alt=\"Crossover Installation\" width=\"565\" height=\"661\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.officecafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Crossover-Installation.png?w=565&amp;ssl=1 565w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.officecafe.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Crossover-Installation.png?resize=256%2C300&amp;ssl=1 256w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 565px) 100vw, 565px\" \/>That&#8217;s all there is to it!<\/p>\n<p>Everything worked perfectly for me the first time. Info Select loaded up as usual. It&#8217;s hard to say whether or not there are any differences in performance. The load time seems to be the same.
